FAQ, Refund & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order for unopened products.
If products have been opened but are unused/have no obvious signs of usage (subject to Mecha's decision), we will charge a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept returns or exchanges past 30 days.
We are unable to accept returns/refunds for opened and/or used consumable items, tools, palm rests, and PCB's.
We will not accept change-of-mind refunds or returns under any circumstances if the item does not have any usage issues and/or has been used.
We do not refund any shipping, taxes, or duties paid. All duties are to be paid by the buyer upon receipt of the package.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method if purchased online.
We will try our best effort to provide 1-1 exchange for defective products, and products received Dead-On-Arrival (DOA). In the event that we are unable to do so, we will attempt repairs and also offer a full refund.
Color variance for selected products like wooden palm rests will not be accepted as a return/exchange reason.
Returned items must have any stickers, labels, or tags originally affixed and be returned in original packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
W.E.F 22 April 2021, all item cancellations will incur a 4% cancellation fee due to Shopify policy.
