I ordered the product in December of 2022, it is now March of 2023, 3 months have passed and I still have not seen the product in my hands. The support team has been avoiding over a dozen of my emails to them and on the few that they answer, it is just full of empty words and promises about resolving the issue. Very disappointed, was really looking forward to trying the product myself.

I can't really comment on the audio that much cause I'm a noob with audio stuff but this is literally my main listening device now which is replaced with my current gaming headset..
Singapore1 week of the Mecha Zero
Generally the MZ is quite similar in tuning to other Crinacle IEMs (following IEF neutral with a slight sub bass boost). The fit is quite comfortable, it doesn't have that flared out "wing" to keep the IEM in the ear, similar to that on the Yume or other IEMs, leaving the MZs to be a bit more wobblier when in day to day usage. Overall I really enjoyed using it and is well worth the price.
